REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At BeauTeeful Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before ordering, particularly when purchasing customized or personalized merchandise.

** Custom & Personalized Items Because customized, personalized, printed, and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED SALES ARE FINAL, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect due to an error by BeauTeeful Boutique, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully check names, dates, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, photographs, and other customization information before submitting your order.

BeauTeeful Boutique is not responsible for mistakes contained in information submitted or approved by the customer.

** Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered because of an error by BeauTeeful Boutique, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

** Non-Custom Merchandise Eligible non-custom merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to qualify for an approved return or exchange.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or improper care may not qualify.

** Sale and Clearance Merchandise Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, clearance and final-sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law or when an item arrives defective or incorrect.

** Cancellations Please log into your customer portal immediately if you need to cancel an order. Custom, personalized, printed, or made-to-order products generally cannot be canceled after production has started.

** Shipping Charges Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless BeauTeeful Boutique made an error with your order or applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping on approved returns that are not the result of an error by BeauTeeful Boutique.
