1. ABOUT BEAUTEEFUL BOUTIQUE BeauTeeful Boutique provides boutique merchandise, apparel, accessories, custom products, printed products, and other items offered through our website or other authorized sales channels.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or limit products or services at any time.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, designs, or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colors, sizes, descriptions, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, colors and other visual details may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, lighting, printing process, garment color, or materials.

Because many products are handmade, customized, or individually produced, minor variations may occur and do not necessarily constitute defects.

4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for personalized products, including names, dates, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, photographs, and other customization details.

Once production has begun, a customized or personalized order generally cannot be changed or canceled. BeauTeeful Boutique is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer. When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof before production. Approval indicates acceptance of the spelling, placement, wording, colors, and other visible design elements shown in the proof.

5. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED PHOTOS, LOGOS, AND DESIGNS When you submit a photograph, logo, graphic, wording, or other material for use in a custom product, you represent that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that material for the requested purpose.

By submitting material to BeauTeeful Boutique, you grant us permission to reproduce and use that material as reasonably necessary to complete your order. Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission for copyrighted images, trademarks, logos, photographs, or other protected materials they request us to reproduce.

BeauTeeful Boutique reserves the right to decline a custom order if we reasonably believe the requested material may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or business.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed using an accepted payment method before an order is processed unless BeauTeeful Boutique has expressly agreed to different payment arrangements. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed or calculated when appropriate.

If a product is accidentally listed with incorrect pricing or information, BeauTeeful Boutique reserves the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, cancel and refund an affected order.

7. ORDER PROCESSING Processing times may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, order volume, holidays, and availability of materials.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare or create an order before shipment or pickup. It does not include carrier transit time. Custom and personalized products may require additional processing time. Any estimated completion or delivery date is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless BeauTeeful Boutique expressly states otherwise in writing.

8. SHIPPING Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside BeauTeeful Boutique's control. BeauTeeful Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other shipping disruptions outside our reasonable control. Customers should contact us promptly regarding packages reported as lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so that we can determine what assistance may be available.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS Because many BeauTeeful Boutique products are made to order, printed, customized, or personalized, custom and personalized merchandise is generally final sale unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order.

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after receiving them. If you believe you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact BeauTeeful Boutique as soon as possible and provide your order information along with photographs showing the issue.

Eligibility for returns or exchanges of non-custom merchandise will be determined according to the return policy posted on our website at the time of purchase.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by BeauTeeful Boutique or otherwise required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders for standard merchandise may be eligible for cancellation if the request is received before processing or production begins. Orders can be cancelled immediately by the customer in the customer portal.

Custom, personalized, printed, or made-to-order merchandise cannot ordinarily be canceled once production has begun. Contact BeauTeeful Boutique as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

11. CARE OF PRODUCTS Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with apparel or other products. Improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or other treatment may damage garments and printed designs. Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise stated, original BeauTeeful Boutique branding, logos, photographs, graphics, website content, and original designs are owned by or licensed to BeauTeeful Boutique and may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, copy, or commercially exploit BeauTeeful Boutique's original content or designs without authorization. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with the design appearing on that product.

13. PROHIBITED USES You may not use our website or services to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit malicious software or harmful code, impersonate another person, misuse another person's payment information, or violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
